Outside the southern United States, there are no more of a popular Southerner as a good glass of sweet tea. Sweet tea is an art that developed in the South over the centuries to comfort the poor people in the sweaty, despite what you hear English say.
A good glass of sweet tea, you must remember to four principles:
It must be strong.
It must be sweet.
Sugar not dissolve in cold water.

To the concentrated tea:
