4 small yams or sweet potatoes
2 tbsp. Butter

1 tsp. Cinnamon
2 tbsp. Walnuts or pecans

Instructions:

1) Wash sweet potatoes and pierce with a fork

2) Place on a microwave safe plate

3) Microwave on high for 9-12 Minutes or until soft

4) Melt the butter in a small pan

5) Add apples and cook for 5 minutes to

7) Cook slowly, stirring frequently

8) Slit the top of the yams and fluff the inside
