1 cup bread crumbs
1 / 4 cup Parmesan cheese
1 tablespoon lemon juice
Directions
1.You melt the butter or margarine in a baking pan. Pour the lemon juice into the butter or margarine and mix well.
2. Place the grouper fillets in the pan, coating one side with butter, lemon juice, then left and coat the other side.
3. Spread bread crumbs over the fish.
4. Bake at 360 degrees for 15 to 25 minutes, Fish is done when it can be easily flaked with a fork.
