Welcome spinach - we all know the benefits of spinach, but did you know it makes for an amazing smoothie? I'm not kidding! Actually, for those who do not know;Here's a tip - spinach usually takes on the flavor of other ingredients, so if you do not really like this amazing vegetables, you have nothing to lose. A number of my friends have tried it and they are blown, not only by the taste away, but are surprised that the nutrient-rich mixture of ingredients taste so good, the extended amount of energy it contains, and sustainable full feeling you have at least three hours.
Even if you do not like spinach orthe ingredients listed - try it out ... once, please! Well, the only way you'll know for sure that what I just said, is to pull out your blender and Get Busy.
Blueberry Banana Smoothie Energy Packaged Spinach
Add the following ingredients in a blender
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
1 cup milk (I use unsweetened soy milk)
A handful of frozen blueberries
1 frozen banana
2 handfuls of frozenSpinach
1 tablespoon oil Omega 3-6-9 UDO
Blend well and enjoy - let me full for at least 3 hours. like I know you it will.
