"Grouper" refers to a number of different, but related, large fish are characterized by their strong bodies and big mouth.

Grilled grouper
Ingredients
2 lbs. Fresh Grouper
1 jar of fancy mustard
1 tablespoon grated onion
2.1 tsp. Salt
2.1 tsp. Coase-ground black pepper
Directions
Mix mustard, onions, salt and pepper. Spread marinate the fillets with this mixture and place for 1-2 hours in the refrigerator. Remove filetsRefrigerator and a hot grill. Cook the grouper, until done, turn it once during grilling. (Note: 1 inch thick fillets will take about 13 minutes to cook. Thinner fillets will take less time.)
Baked Grouper
Ingredients
1 stick butter or margarine
Juice of lemon juice 1freshly
2 lbs. Grouper fillets (fresh or frozen)
1 cup bread crumbs
Cup Parmesan 04:01
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
Directions
1stMelt the butter or margarine in a baking pan. Pour the lemon juice into the butter or margarine and mix well.
2nd Set the Grouper fillets in the pan, coating one side with the butter-lemon juice, then turn and coat the other side.
3rd Spread bread crumbs over the fish.
4th Bake at 360 degrees for 15-25 minutes; fish is ready when they are easily flakes with a fork.
Whether grilled or baked, and grouper is served on a bed of rice. Add lemon slices or slicedAlmonds for a special touch.
