Ingredients: 500 grams of Bengal gram flour, 2 tbsp. raw rice flour, 625 g sugar, 1 tsp. Ghee,
Salt, 100 g cashew nuts, 25 g raisins, 10 cardomoms, 25 grams kalkandu (Cubed sugar)
Method: Boondi: 1 In a wide mouth mixing bowl bengal gram flour, rice, flour, a pinch of salt, ghee and with required amt of water, a thick liquid thatConsistency of dosa batter.
2. Heat oil in a pan and held the boondi plate (a plate with lots of holes), above, distributes the oil, so very small pieces of dough are dropped into the oil. Stir the boondis is until cooked fully.
3. Drain the excess oil.
Laddu:
1. Make sugar syrup by boiling 1:1 sugar and water for about 5 minutes.
2. Kesari powder a pinch of this syrup.
3. Delete the boondis into the sugar syrup and mix well.
4. Roast cashew nutsand raisins in ghee and add it into the mix.
5. Also add cardamom and kalkandu and mix well.
6. Wait until the mixture stand until cooled to a temperature until your hand, the heat can.
7. Now make an even balls by pressing lightly with your hand. Proliferation and allow to cool
