Chocolate is the most delicious Christmas dinner. Fudge, cookies, cakes and everything in between are a big part of what to Turkey operated and before nap time. Christmas Fudge is one of our favorites and can be done in several ways. You can walnuts or pecans, or make the Fudge with milk chocolate, dark chocolate, white chocolate, semi-sweet chocolate or a twist.

Ingredients:
1 ½ cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 ½ cups white chocolate chips
1-14 oz can sweetened condensed milk, divided into two halves (Keep an extra on hand if you need more)
2 teaspoons salt
2 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup walnuts, chopped
Red and green sugar crystals
Red food coloring
Green food coloring
The preparation
Line a 9-inch pie pan with baking paper. Pour red and green sugar crystals in the bottom of the pan. When the fudge is cut, it will be crystals on the top and bottom. Add the wax paper makes it easier to fudge, after it cools remove. Fudge is to be stirred constantly, and cook over low heat. You do not want to burn or cook to quickly. The final touch
Combine the semi-sweet chocolate chips and milk in a saucepan and cook over low heat melt, then bring to the boil and remove from heat immediately.
Sir in:
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon vanilla and
½ cup of the walnuts.
Mix well and pour into the pie pan. Continue to cook the white chocolate chips in the same way, but after cooking, remove the pan from the heat and let cool a fewMinutes. Then add the red and green food coloring and stir. Next, add the mixture to the cake pan with the semi-sweet fudge mixture. Use a knife to butter, mix the two together Fudge mixes.
