This hearty soup is smooth and creamy just the ideal treatment covered with fresh, crusty bread or fried pita bread on the side. It makes a healthy, fresh, delicious and satisfying lunch or dinner meal. You will probably like it enough to make it as a starter when you have guests to serve for dinner. It's fast, easy and healthy! You could also become a vegetarian recipe.

Should yield: for 4 people as an appetizer or two people for dinner
Ingredients:
1 medium pumpkin
2 small sweet potatoes
1 large onion
3 garlic cloves
2.1 tsp freshly ground black pepper, cracked
2.1 tsp sea salt
1 1 / 2 tablespoons olive oil
1 cup whipping cream
1 1 / 2 cups chicken broth
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1.8 teaspoon nutmeg - freshly grated preferred.
1.8 tsp ginger - you can use 2.1 tspwhen freshly chopped / grated.
1.8 tsp cayenne pepper
1 cinnamon stick
Instructions:
1st Preheat oven to 375 F.
2nd Peel the pumpkin, sweet potatoes, onions, squash and scoop out the seeds with a large spoon. Chop into 1 "chunks. Sprinkle with sea salt, freshly cracked black pepper, freshly grated nutmeg, ground ginger and cayenne pepper, and drizzle with olive oil.
3rd Combine these ingredients in a small roastingMin in an oven proof pan or dish and roast at 375 F for 15, then reduce temperature to 335 F and continue roasting, until fork tender min (~ 55).
4th 10 min before the end roasting, brown sugar, sprinkle over vegetables.
5th Combine roasted vegetables, chicken broth and butter in a large soup pot, and use a hand blender to mix it to the consistency you want. Add cream and stir.
* Tip: If you like chunks in your soup, mix it less. If you like itcompletely smooth, mix it completely.
* Tip: Use a standing blender, if you do not have a hand blender.
6th Heat the soup until the desired temperature (~ 5-8 min) and drop a cinnamon stick in soup pot during this time.
7th Remove cinnamon stick, and season to season with salt & pepper.
8th Garnish with sour cream or crème fraîche, a flower and nasturtium a cinnamon stick. Beautiful!
9th Serve with crusty bread or friedPitas and enjoy!
