No-Bake Chocolate Cheesecake Recipe Low Carb

1 8 oz package of Philadelphia cream cheese

1 ounces a square of Bakers' brand baking chocolate

1 tbsp. Vanilla extract

1 tbsp. Butter or margarine

1 cup Splenda (I would not recommend this for any other artificial sweetener)

Blend cream cheese, sugar and vanilla 3 / 4 of the softened Splenda until smooth. Melt the square of chocolate in the microwave for 1 minute andMargarine and add 4.1 of the Splenda into the chocolate. Slowly beat in the chocolate mixture into the cream cheese. Put the cheesecake mixture into a bowl and place in refrigerator to set for one hour.

The result is more dense than a traditional mousse cheesecake. Really satisfies the sweet tooth!

I have only used Splenda instead of other sweeteners, I could not imagine this with equal or sweet and low Gritty.
