Even the busiest parents can significantly reduce the amount of refined sugar eats her child, and still enjoy their child treated. I have three small children and they love sweets and snacks, but I do not feel good about pumping full of refined sugar. As an adult I can choose to educate myself about health and nutrition. I can get food that tastes delicious and nourishing my body. But children eat what they are intended. Sorry, we can own faultso they eat lots of sugar.
It may surprise you that the average American consumes 2-3 pounds of sugar per week! This is partly because we consume more than we realize. We expect it to be in soft drinks, sweets, desserts, cereals and sweet. But it's disappointing and upsetting to find out how much is in baby foods, foods targeted at young children, and has marketed food "health food". Processed sugars are found in almost everything that comes out of a box, bottle,Bag, box or can. Some of the biggest offenders are: yogurt, bread, cereal, mayonnaise, peanut butter, ketchup, spaghetti sauce, and many frozen dinners. The conditions change in order to shake us but will try some of the most refined sugars are listed as sucrose (table sugar), dextrose (corn sugar), and high-fructose corn syrup. This is so because of the many health conditions, the correlation with sugar.
We must educate ourselves so we understand how muchRefined our children (and us) are consuming. We have alternatives for them that we know, are charged with health and nutrition. Children will want sweets, so why not hand them something that will build their health as opposed to destroy?
We all want our children the best chance in life. We go out of their way to rich opportunities and experiences for our children to create. We spend time, money and energy among them to class, tutors andClasses. Why not have the opportunity to preserve for our children to have health and vitality. If you want your child is feeling well now, imagine what he or she may like to fill his body with nutritious foods. You and your child could experience a new level of health!
