Bologna Potato Salad Recipe
6 potatoes
2.1 green pepper
A thick slice of Bologna
3 tablespoons pickle juice Bread & Butter
8 Bread and Butter Pickles
Mayonnaise to taste
12 small sweet pickled onions
Peel and wash potatoes 6, with a small pot with water to half fill a little salt and cook until potatoes Drain cooked potatoes can be good and let cool mash. Cut up Bologna, and b & b in cucumber 1 / 4 "size chunks. Cut up peppers insmall pieces like relish. Divide onions into quarters. Add the juice and mayonnaise, potatoes and all ingredients together. The brand name ingredients you use is up to you, but I prefer Maple Leaf Bologna and strength Miracle Whip (mayonnaise). I have with this recipe for years and now decided to share with you. All of the above ingredients can be purchased at any local foodMarket. This recipe takes a little time to prepare and does not cost much to make.
