Monkey Bread

This recipe starts with refrigerated biscuits, so you do not make the dough from scratch. Although there are many steps bread, this is when it actually a recipe that children can even help small.

The bread is very sweet. You can Splenda for some or all of the sugar substitute. The nuts are optional.

Ingredients:

2 cans (7.5 ounces per piece refrigerated) biscuits

¾ cup sugar

2 teaspoons cinnamon

¾ cutButter or margarine

½ cup chopped walnuts

additional sugar

Getting There:

1st Preheat oven to 350 degrees

2nd Cut each biscuit into quarters

3rd In a large disposable bag, combine ¾ cup sugar and one teaspoon of cinnamon.

4th Drop in a few biscuits at a time and shake to coat.

5th Layer pieces without crowding into a greased 9x5x3 inch loaf pan.

6th to combine in a small pot of butter or margarine and a teaspoon ofCinnamon.

7th Measure your dry ingredients and add enough sugar so that you have a cup total.

8th Dry ingredients to pot and cook, stirring constantly.

9th Remove from heat and leave for 15 minutes.

10th Stir in nuts and then spoon mixture over biscuits in the pan.

11th Bake 45 minutes.

12th Let the pan cool for 5 minutes.

13th Remove from the pan.

14th Drag parts as desired.
