Indian Sweet Tomato Chutney Recipe

Tomato Chutney is a sweet dish, the dessert is the ideal. This is very easy to prepare and tastes as well. This dish is among the almost obligatory Bengal in ceremonies or events as a dessert item. This is usually accompanied with Papad.

Ingredients

2 tomatoes
2.1 teaspoon panchphoran (a mixture of five spices)
4.1 tsp red chilli powder
2.1 teaspoon salt
8 teaspoons sugar
Dry mango rolls (Amawat / Aamsotto)
Cashew nuts
Raisin
VegetablesOil
3-4 drops lemon

Preparation time: 5 minutes

Cooking time: 10 min

Serves: 4

Steps

1st Take 2 tomatoes and remove skin and cut it into 4 equal parts.

2nd Take a khadai (deep dish for frying) and put 2 tablespoons vegetable oil and heat for 3 minutes, then add panchphoran 1 / 2 teaspoon (a mixture of five spices) and fry for minute second

3rd Put tomatoes (step 1) into the kadhai and roast, ifwill add little red chilli powder tender TL 1.4, 8 teaspoons sugar, 1 / 2 tsp salt, 2 rolls of dried mangoes (Amawat / Aamsotto) and stir constantly.

4th Put handful of cashew nuts and raisins smooth in the kadhai (step 3), after a time and tomatoes dried mango is (like thick paste). Add 3-4 drops of lemon. Do not add extra water if the tomatoes release itself requires a lot of water.

Note: Taste the chutney during the preparation, if yourequire more sweetness, add a little teaspoon of sugar into the chutney.

Sweet tomato chutney is ready, serve as a dessert, it is delicious to eat with samosa or kachori.
