Sweet Chicken Nasi Goreng recipe

Preparation time: 25 minutes
Total cooking time: 15 minutes
Serves: 4-6

Ingredients:

- Seeded 5-8 long red chillies, chopped
- 2 teaspoons shrimp paste
- 8 garlic cloves, minced
- Oil, for cooking
- 2 eggs, lightly beaten
- 350g (12 ounces) chicken, cut into strips
- 200g (6 1 / 2 oz.) Peeled raw shrimp, deveined
- 8 cups (1.5kg/3lb) cooked rice
- 3:01 cup (80ml/23/4 fl oz.) Kecap manis
- 3:01 cup (80ml/23/4 fl oz.)Soy sauce
- 2 small Lebanese cucumbers, finely chopped
- 1 large tomato, chopped
- Lime wedges to serve

Directions:

1st Mix the chilies, shrimp paste and garlic in your food processor until the mixture is a paste.

2nd Heat a wok until it is hot, add 1 tablespoon oil and swirl it around to coat the side. Then add the eggs and chan with a wok, push the egg until the edges of the wok for them a great omelet form. Cook for about1 minutes or so about the kind of medium heat, then flip it over and cook the other side for another minute. Then remove from the wok and allow to cool before cutting into thin strips.

5th Reheat the wok, add 1 tablespoon oil, and any cooked rice, and toss it constantly over medium heat about 4 way or 5 minutes, or until the rice is heated through. Then add the kecap manis and soy sauce and throw it again and again until the rice is coated in the sauce. Then return all the chicken and shrimp to the wok, and throw it until heated through well. Seasonwith freshly cracked salt and pepper. Then a deep bowl and with the omelette strips, transfer the cucumber and the tomatoes. Serve immediately with lime wedges.
