3 cups cookedMashed sweet potatoes
1 cup sugar
2 eggs
1 tablespoon vanilla
1 / 2 cup butter, softened
Covering:
1 cup brown sugar
1 / 3 cup flour
1 cup chopped pecans
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Mix the sweet potatoes, sugar, eggs, vanilla and butter. The mixture into a lightly greased baking dish.
Grooving mix the brown sugar, flour and pecans with a fork. Sprinkle the mixture over the top of the sweet potato mixture.Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.

Mix pumpkin, brown sugar, cinnamon, ginger,Salt and nutmeg together. Soften ice cream and blend with the pumpkin mixture. Freeze until firm and you have your own homemade pumpkin ice cream.
Note: You can wealth chopped nuts or chocolate to this recipe for extra crunch and, if desired!
