Procedure:

In a medium bowl, mix the shortening, brown sugar, egg, molasses, vanilla sugar and water until smooth. Slowly stir into the dry ingredients until they are completely absorbed.

1 / 8 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Procedure:
Preheat the oven to 375oF. Gently lubricate fill ten cups.
Combine the following: give the baking powder, 1 and ½ cups flour, baking powder and salt in a large bowl.
Then beat together bananas, sugar, egg and melted butter in a separate bowl. Blend the banana mixture into the flour until just moistened.Spoon batter into a series of molds fill.
Mix 2 tablespoons flour, brown sugar and cinnamon in a small bowl. Cut in 1 tablespoon butter until mixture looks like coarse cornmeal. Then spread topping on the muffin.
In the prepared oven, bake it for about 18 to 20 minutes, until a toothpick inserted in center of muffin comes out clean.
