Easy Caribbean Tilapia Fish Recipes

Easy Caribbean Tilapia Fish

Here is a recipe that is before any other tilapia fish recipes. It is easy to prepare and tastes delicious. The sweet taste of coconut and macadamia nuts are kind of really crunching the tilapia fish a family pleasing taste. You can use other mild fish instead of tilapia.

My family usually do not like fish. But if I get a good price for tilapia fish on my localSupermarket, I could not pass it. I have little experimenting in the kitchen and came up with this recipe that I thought might go over well. When I served, they all loved it. This is now my favorite of all my tilapia fish recipes. My husband, not even fish also asks how, once in a while!

Ingredients:

Tilipia 4-6 fish fillets (fresh or thawed ok)
4 tablespoons butter, melted
1 / 2 cup finely chopped macadamia nuts
1 / 2 cup choppedCoconut
2 tablespoons breadcrumbs level
1 (8 oz) can pineapple tidbits

Directions

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Grease a baking sheet with foil and lightly. (Or spray with cooking spray)
Place butter in a large bowl and add tilapia fish-throwing fish to coat and set aside. Combine macadamia nuts, coconut and breadcrumbs in a shallow bowl. Place fish in nut mixture and coat evenly. Place fish on baking sheet without overlapping.
Bake 18-20 minutes or justuntil fish is opaque throughout. Serve with pineapple tidbits. (Or if you want to spend more time in your own pineapple mango dressing)

I hope you enjoy this great recipe for tilapia fish. This is a great recipe for your family get to eat more fish.
