1 egg
1 cup yogurt
1 / 2 cup all-purpose flour
1 teaspoonBaking powder
1 / 4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
1 / 3 cup chopped shallots
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 teaspoon sugar
1 / 2 teaspoon baking powder
1 small jalapeno, seeded and chopped
1 / 3 cup corn flour
1 / 4 teaspoon salt
1 cup cooked corn kernels
Sour cream and mild tomato salsa to serve
How to do it:
Put the flour in a bowl with the baking powder, baking powder, salt and sugar. Stir in the corn flour.
